Refund policy

Once an order has been dispatched and collected by the courier or marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are unable to accept liability at this stage.

We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen in transit, and refunds or exchanges will not be issued for these cases. Any delivery-related concerns must be raised directly with the courier.

If a product is found to be faulty, an exchange will be arranged or store credit will be issued. Any issues with your order must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been delivered or accessed.
